Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Chatwork

CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the details are added to a Google Sheet. A summary of the call is then sent to a designated Chatwork room.

Chatwork + CloudTalk + Zendesk: When a new message arrives in Chatwork, the flow checks for keywords indicating a support issue. If found, a Zendesk ticket is created and a CloudTalk call is initiated to address the issue directly.
