Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Mailhook
CloudTalk + Mailhook + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, Mailhook generates an email alert with the call details. A summary of the missed call is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel.
Mailhook + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When Mailhook receives new email data, it creates a new contact entry in CloudTalk, and that contact information is also logged into a Google Sheet for tracking purposes.
