Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and PagerDuty

CloudTalk + PagerDuty + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, especially during off-hours (this condition needs to be implemented via JavaScript), an incident is triggered in PagerDuty. PagerDuty then sends a notification to a specified Slack channel, alerting the on-call team.

PagerDuty + CloudTalk + Zendesk: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, a high-priority ticket is automatically created in Zendesk. This event also triggers a CloudTalk action to create a contact, ensuring follow-up.
