Create a New Scenario to Connect CloudTalk and Zoho Mail
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a CloudTalk, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, CloudTalk or Zoho Mail will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find CloudTalk or Zoho Mail, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the CloudTalk node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the CloudTalk
Click on the CloudTalk node to configure it. You can modify the CloudTalk URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Zoho Mail Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the CloudTalk node, select Zoho Mail from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Zoho Mail.

Authenticate Zoho Mail
Now, click the Zoho Mail node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Zoho Mail settings. Authentication allows you to use Zoho Mail through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudTalk, Zoho Mail, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Zoho Mail integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Zoho Mail (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Zoho Mail + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, an email is sent via Zoho Mail to the caller. Simultaneously, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the missed call.
Zoho Mail + CloudTalk + Zoho CRM: When a new email arrives in Zoho Mail, the automation extracts contact information and creates a corresponding contact in Zoho CRM. Following this, the automation creates an activity in CloudTalk linked to the contact created in Zoho CRM.
