How to connect Cloze and Klaviyo
Create a New Scenario to Connect Cloze and Klaviyo
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Cloze, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Cloze or Klaviyo will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Cloze or Klaviyo, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Cloze node, select Klaviyo from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Klaviyo.

Authenticate Klaviyo
Now, click the Klaviyo node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Klaviyo settings. Authentication allows you to use Klaviyo through Latenode.
Configure the Cloze and Klaviyo Nodes
Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Cloze, Klaviyo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloze and Klaviyo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloze and Klaviyo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Cloze and Klaviyo
Cloze + Klaviyo + Calendly: When a contact is qualified in Cloze (Person Change trigger), they are added to a Klaviyo list. Subsequently, a Calendly single-use scheduling link is created and sent to the contact via Klaviyo, offering them an opportunity to schedule a call.
Klaviyo + Cloze + Shopify: When a new profile is added to Klaviyo, a contact is created or updated in Cloze. If that customer subsequently makes a purchase on Shopify (New Paid Order trigger), Cloze is updated with the purchase data (Add Communication Record). This allows for tracking of marketing attribution and sales performance.
