Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Calendly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Calendly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Calendly
Calendly + Confluence + Slack: When a new Calendly invitee is created, a meeting notes page is automatically created in Confluence using the invitee and event details. A message containing a link to the new Confluence page is then sent to a specified Slack channel.
Confluence + Calendly + Jira: When a page is updated in Confluence, a Calendly scheduling link is sent to a user via Slack (direct message) to book a follow-up meeting and a linked Jira issue is created.
