CloudTalk + Confluence + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the automation searches for a specific Confluence page. If the page is found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, mentioning that a call related to that page has been completed.
CloudTalk + Confluence + Jira: When a new call is completed in CloudTalk, the automation creates a new Jira ticket using the call summary. It then searches for relevant Confluence pages and links them to the newly created Jira ticket.
