Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Deepgram, Contacts+, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and Contacts+ integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and Contacts+ (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and Contacts+
Deepgram + Contacts+ + Slack: When Deepgram transcribes a prerecorded audio file and detects specific keywords, the automation adds tags to the relevant contact in Contacts+ and sends a message to a Slack channel to notify the team.
Contacts+ + Deepgram + Gmail: When a contact is updated in Contacts+, use Deepgram to summarize an audio file and send the summary to the contact via Gmail. This keeps your contacts up to date and informed after calls.
