Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and Customer.io

Deepgram + Customer.io + Slack: When a new audio file is available, Deepgram transcribes it. The sentiment of the transcript is analyzed. If the sentiment is negative, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the support team, and the customer is added to a specific segment in Customer.io.

Deepgram + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Customer.io: After Deepgram transcribes a customer support call, OpenAI GPT Assistants generates a summary of the conversation. This summary is then used to personalize messages sent to the customer through Customer.io.
