Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docparser and CloudTalk
Docparser + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When Docparser parses a new invoice, the data is extracted. After a new call in CloudTalk, the extracted invoice data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
CloudTalk + Docparser + Salesforce: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the associated document is parsed by Docparser. The extracted data from Docparser is then used to create a new lead in Salesforce.
