Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docusign and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and Confluence

Docusign + Confluence + Slack: When a document is signed in Docusign (Envelope Status Updated), a new page is created in Confluence with the document details. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new page.

Docusign + Confluence + Jira: After a Docusign envelope is updated to signed status, the automation searches for the relevant Confluence page using the envelope ID. Once found, a new Jira issue is created to review the signed document for compliance.
