Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Etsy and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Etsy and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Etsy and Zendesk
Etsy + Zendesk + Slack: When a new shop receipt is created in Etsy, a new ticket is created in Zendesk to manage fulfillment. The support team is then notified on Slack via a public channel message.
Zendesk + Etsy + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, this automation finds relevant Etsy order information by transaction ID (assuming it's included in the ticket) and then adds a row to Google Sheets with details of the ticket and the Etsy transaction.
