Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Eventbrite and Caption AI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Eventbrite and Caption AI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Eventbrite and Caption AI
Eventbrite + Caption AI + Slack: When a new attendee registers for an event in Eventbrite, a video generation request is submitted to Caption AI. Once the video generation is complete (status check), a message with a link to the captioned video is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Eventbrite + Caption AI + Email: After a new attendee registers for an Eventbrite event, a request is submitted to Caption AI to generate a transcript of the event recording. The generated transcript is then sent via email to a specified recipient. The intent is to email attendee questions from the recording to the speaker, though the specific filtering of 'questions' from the transcription is not handled in this simplified scenario.
