Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Facebook, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Facebook and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Facebook and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Facebook and Userback

Userback + Slack + Facebook: When new feedback is created in Userback, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. This allows the marketing team to quickly respond to the feedback on Facebook.

Userback + Google Sheets + Facebook: When new feedback is created in Userback, it is logged to a Google Sheet. Positive feedback is then automatically posted as a testimonial on Facebook. Note that the testimonial posting on Facebook would need to be manually implemented via other services or custom code, as there is no direct Facebook integration available.
