Create a New Scenario to Connect Facebook and Userback
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Facebook, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Facebook or Userback will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Facebook or Userback, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Facebook Node
Select the Facebook node from the app selection panel on the right.
Configure the Facebook
Click on the Facebook node to configure it. You can modify the Facebook URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Userback Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Facebook node, select Userback from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Userback.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Facebook and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Facebook and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Userback + Slack + Facebook: When new feedback is created in Userback, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. This allows the marketing team to quickly respond to the feedback on Facebook.
Userback + Google Sheets + Facebook: When new feedback is created in Userback, it is logged to a Google Sheet. Positive feedback is then automatically posted as a testimonial on Facebook. Note that the testimonial posting on Facebook would need to be manually implemented via other services or custom code, as there is no direct Facebook integration available.
