Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Firecrawl, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Firecrawl or Asana will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Firecrawl or Asana, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Firecrawl node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Firecrawl, Asana, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Asana integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Asana (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Firecrawl + Asana + Slack: When Firecrawl detects changes on a specified website by scraping it, a new task is created in Asana. Subsequently, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the website change and the new Asana task.
Asana + Firecrawl + Google Sheets: When an Asana task is completed, Firecrawl scrapes a webpage (URL potentially pulled from the task description or a linked custom field). The scraped content is then logged into a new row in Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
