Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and Atera

Fireflies + Atera + Slack: When a Fireflies transcript is available, the automation retrieves the transcript and then creates a contact in Atera. After the contact is created, a notification is sent to a specific Slack channel to alert technicians about the new contact and the meeting summary for potential follow-up actions.

Atera + Fireflies + Jira: When a new issue is created in Atera, the automation searches for relevant meeting transcripts in Fireflies and adds the transcript as an attachment to the newly created Jira issue. This allows developers to have direct access to meeting context when resolving incidents.
