Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fireflies, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and Figma

Fireflies + Figma + Slack: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, the transcript is retrieved. Then, a comment is posted to a specific file in Figma with a summary of the transcript. Finally, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new Figma comment.

Fireflies + Figma + Notion: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, the transcript is retrieved. Comments are extracted and appended as blocks to a specified page in Notion to document design feedback.
