Create a New Scenario to Connect FireText and Amazon Redshift
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a FireText, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, FireText or Amazon Redshift will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find FireText or Amazon Redshift, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the FireText Node
Select the FireText node from the app selection panel on the right.

Click on the FireText node to configure it. You can modify the FireText URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the FireText node, select Amazon Redshift from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Amazon Redshift.

Authenticate Amazon Redshift
Now, click the Amazon Redshift node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Amazon Redshift settings. Authentication allows you to use Amazon Redshift through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring FireText, Amazon Redshift, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the FireText and Amazon Redshift integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Amazon Redshift (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
FireText + Amazon Redshift + Slack: When a new SMS message is received via FireText, the message details are inserted into an Amazon Redshift table. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the relevant team for review.
FireText + Google Sheets + FireText: When a new message is received from FireText, the data is logged in Google Sheets. Based on the content, if a keyword related to support is detected, a message is sent via FireText to the support team.
