FireText + Magento 2(OpenSource) + Slack: When a customer sends an SMS message via FireText, the automation checks if it contains keywords indicating an urgent issue. If so, a comment is added to the customer's sales order in Magento 2, and a notification is sent to store admins via Slack.
FireText + Magento 2(OpenSource) + Google Sheets: For each new SMS message received via FireText, the system identifies the product mentioned. The feedback and product details are then recorded in a Google Sheet for further analysis.
