Create a New Scenario to Connect Freshdesk and Atera
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Click on the Freshdesk node to configure it. You can modify the Freshdesk URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Freshdesk node, select Atera from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Atera.

Authenticate Atera
Now, click the Atera node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Atera settings. Authentication allows you to use Atera through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Freshdesk, Atera, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Freshdesk and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Freshdesk + Atera + Slack: When a new ticket is created or updated in Freshdesk, the automation checks if it is escalated to Atera. If so, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the tech support team.
Atera + Freshdesk + Jira: When a major incident is resolved in Atera, the automation updates corresponding tickets in Freshdesk by adding notes. It also creates a summary of the incident in Jira, linking it to the Freshdesk tickets.
