Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Freshdesk + Confluence + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, a corresponding page is created in Confluence to document the issue and build a knowledge base. The support team is then notified in Slack about the new ticket and the linked Confluence page.
Confluence + Jira + Freshdesk: When a page is updated in Confluence, indicating a known issue, a bug report is automatically created in Jira, and a linked ticket is created in Freshdesk to track customer impact and resolution. This ensures all teams are aware and aligned on issue management.
