Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Facebook Pages
Facebook Pages + Freshdesk + Slack: When a new post is added to a Facebook Page, the automation creates a new ticket in Freshdesk. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new ticket.
Facebook Pages + Freshdesk + Google Sheets: When a new comment is added to a Facebook Page post, the automation searches for related Freshdesk tickets. The Facebook Page post ID, comment text, and related Freshdesk ticket ID are then logged to a Google Sheet.
