Create a New Scenario to Connect Freshdesk and WhatsApp Personal Account
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Click on the Freshdesk node to configure it. You can modify the Freshdesk URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Freshdesk node, select WhatsApp Personal Account from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within WhatsApp Personal Account.

Authenticate WhatsApp Personal Account
Now, click the WhatsApp Personal Account node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your WhatsApp Personal Account settings. Authentication allows you to use WhatsApp Personal Account through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Freshdesk, WhatsApp Personal Account, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Freshdesk and WhatsApp Personal Account integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and WhatsApp Personal Account (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Freshdesk + Google Sheets + WhatsApp Personal Account: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the ticket details are added to a Google Sheet. A summary message containing the ticket information is then sent via WhatsApp to the assigned agent.
WhatsApp Personal Account + AI Agent + Freshdesk: When a new message is received in WhatsApp, the AI Agent attempts to answer the support question. If the AI Agent cannot answer, a Freshdesk ticket is created with the question details.
