Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Front, Kintone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and Kintone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and Kintone

Front + Kintone + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front (e.g., a new message), a new record is created in Kintone to track the issue. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the relevant team about the escalated issue.

Front + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a new event (e.g. conversation) happens in Front, the conversation details are archived as a record in Kintone. Then, relevant data from Kintone are extracted and added as a new row in a Google Sheet for feedback trend analysis.
