Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Giphy, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Giphy and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Giphy and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Giphy and Chatwork
Chatwork + Giphy + Google Sheets: Whenever a new message is posted in a Chatwork room, the automation searches Giphy for a trending GIF. The GIF URL, Chatwork message, and timestamp are then added to a Google Sheet for archiving and content inspiration.
Chatwork + Giphy + AI Agent: When a new message is sent to a specific Chatwork room, the automation triggers the AI Agent using the Chatwork message. Based on the response, the automation will find a relevant GIF from Giphy and send it as a new message to the same Chatwork room.
