Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Atera, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Atera

Glide + Atera + Slack: When a new row is added in Glide, representing a client request, a new ticket is created in Atera. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team about the new ticket.

Atera + Glide + Google Sheets: When a ticket's status is updated in Atera, the corresponding row in a Glide app is updated to reflect the new status. Simultaneously, this update is logged as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
