Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and CloudTalk

CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Glide: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, its details are added as a new row in Google Sheets. This updated sheet then provides data to populate and update the Glide app, allowing the team to easily access call information.

Glide + CloudTalk + Slack: When a user interacts with a Glide app and initiates a call via CloudTalk, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel, notifying the sales team that a customer is calling from the app.
