Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Fotor, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Fotor integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Fotor (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Fotor

Glide + Fotor + Airtable: When a new entry is added in Glide, an image is automatically generated in Fotor using the AI Headshot Generation. The Glide entry details and the generated image URL are then stored as a new record in Airtable for organized access.

Fotor + Glide + Google Sheets: When a product image is edited in Fotor, the corresponding row in Glide is updated with the new image URL. Additionally, the image changes and Glide's update are recorded in Google Sheets for tracking purposes.
