Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, pdfFiller, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and pdfFiller

Glide + pdfFiller + Airtable: Data submitted via a Glide app is used to create a fillable PDF form using pdfFiller. The generated PDF is then stored in Airtable, with a link to the PDF also stored in the Airtable record.

pdfFiller + Glide + Google Sheets: When a new form is filled using pdfFiller, the data updates a row in a Glide app and simultaneously logs the response to a Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.
