Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring GoCanvas, Fibery, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Fibery integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Fibery (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Fibery

GoCanvas + Fibery + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas indicating issues, a bug is created in Fibery. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.

Fibery + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: When a new or updated entity is registered in Fibery, it triggers a dispatch in GoCanvas to collect user feedback. The submission from GoCanvas is then logged as a new row in Google Sheets for analysis.
