Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Woodpecker integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Woodpecker (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Woodpecker
GoCanvas + Woodpecker + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, the flow checks if the submission indicates a failure. If it does, the responsible person is identified using Woodpecker's prospect data, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting them of the failed inspection.
Woodpecker + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: When an email is sent via Woodpecker, the flow logs the email details, along with corresponding data from GoCanvas submissions (identified by a shared identifier like an email or ID) into a Google Sheet. This allows for easy auditing and tracking of communication alongside collected form data.
