After configuring Google Analytics, Confluence, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Analytics and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Analytics and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Analytics + Confluence + Slack: This automation flow retrieves weekly website traffic data from Google Analytics, publishes it as a new page in Confluence, and then notifies the marketing team in Slack about the updated report.
Confluence + Google Analytics + Jira: When a new Confluence page is created, this flow triggers a report in Google Analytics to track page views. A task is then created in Jira to manage the new feature based on the new confluence page.
