Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google AppSheet, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and Airparser

Airparser + Google AppSheet + Google Sheets: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, its data is extracted and added as a new record in Google AppSheet. A summary of the extracted data is then logged as a new row in Google Sheets.

Airparser + Google AppSheet + Slack: Upon uploading a new invoice to Airparser, the relevant data is extracted and used to update existing records within Google AppSheet. Subsequently, a notification is sent via Slack to inform the finance team of the updated invoice details.
