Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Pub\Sub and ConvertAPI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Pub\Sub and ConvertAPI

Google Cloud Pub/Sub + ConvertAPI + Google Cloud Storage: This automation listens for messages in a Google Cloud Pub/Sub topic. When a message (presumably containing a document) is received, it is converted to PDF using ConvertAPI. The resulting PDF file is then uploaded to a specified bucket in Google Cloud Storage.

ConvertAPI + Google Cloud Pub/Sub + Slack: ConvertAPI converts a file. Upon successful conversion, a message is published to a Google Cloud Pub/Sub topic. This message then triggers a Slack message to a designated channel, notifying users about the completed file conversion.
