Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Forms and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Forms and Captions

Google Forms + Captions + Google Drive: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, a video generation request is submitted to Captions. Once the captions are generated, the caption file is saved to a designated folder in Google Drive.

Captions + Google Forms + Slack: When a video generation request completes in Captions, check if the request originated from a Google Forms submission. If so, send a summary message including a link to the generated captions to a designated Slack channel.
