Google Forms + Google Analytics + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, the submission data is recorded in Google Sheets. Simultaneously, a key event is created in Google Analytics to track the form submission as a conversion.

Google Analytics + Google Forms + Slack: When Google Analytics detects that a key event count, corresponding to Google Forms submissions, dips below a threshold after a form launch, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the marketing team.
