Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Forms and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Forms and Google AppSheet

Google Forms + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new form is submitted via Google Forms, a new record is added to Google AppSheet. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new submission.

Google AppSheet + Google Forms + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, the data is used to pre-fill a Google Form. The submission of this pre-filled form then adds a new row to a Google Sheet.
