Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Forms and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Forms and Harvest
Google Forms + Google Sheets + Harvest: When a new form response is submitted, a new row is added to a Google Sheet. This new row triggers the creation of a time entry in Harvest, automatically tracking time spent based on form responses.
Harvest + Google Forms + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, check the total project time. If it exceeds the budget, a Google Form is sent to the user for explanation. Upon form submission, the project manager receives a Slack message.
