Most powerful ways to connect Google Forms and LiveChat
Google Forms + LiveChat + Google Sheets: When a new form response is submitted, a new row is added to a Google Sheet to record the data. Simultaneously, a LiveChat conversation is initiated to provide immediate support or follow-up based on the form's content.
LiveChat + Google Forms + Slack: When a chat is deactivated, a Google Form link is sent to the user via LiveChat to collect feedback. If the feedback contains negative keywords (determined through analysis of the form submission, added as a new row in a Google Sheet and analyzed), a notification is sent to a manager in Slack.
