Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google Groups and Formsite integration works as expected. Formsite + Google Groups + Slack: When a new form result is submitted in Formsite, the automation adds the submitter as a member to a specified Google Group and sends a message to a Slack channel to notify the group.
Formsite + Google Sheets + Google Groups: Upon a new form submission in Formsite, the data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. The automation then uses the data from the new row to update the membership of a Google Group.
