Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and Baserow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and Baserow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and Baserow

Google Meet + Baserow + Slack: When a Google Meet ends, the automation retrieves the list of participants and logs their attendance in a Baserow database. Finally, a summary of the attendance is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Baserow + Google Meet + Google Calendar: When a record in Baserow reaches a specified deadline, a Google Meet meeting is scheduled using Google Calendar. The meeting details (date, time, link) are then added as an event to Google Calendar.
