Create a New Scenario to Connect Google Meet and pdfFiller
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step

Click on the Google Meet node to configure it. You can modify the Google Meet URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Google Meet node, select pdfFiller from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within pdfFiller.

Authenticate pdfFiller
Now, click the pdfFiller node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your pdfFiller settings. Authentication allows you to use pdfFiller through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Meet, pdfFiller, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and pdfFiller integration works as expected. pdfFiller + Google Meet + Slack: When a new document is created in pdfFiller (New Document), schedule a meeting using Google Meet (Schedule Meeting) to discuss the document. Then notify the sales team in Slack (Send Public Channel Message) with the details of the scheduled meeting.
