Google Meet + Google Sheets + Zoho Invoice: When a Google Meet is scheduled, a new row is added to a Google Sheet to track attendance. After the meeting, consulting time is calculated based on attendance, and an invoice is automatically created in Zoho Invoice.
Zoho Invoice + Zoho CRM + Google Meet: When an invoice in Zoho Invoice is created or updated, Zoho CRM is updated. If the invoice status is overdue, schedule a Google Meet to discuss payment with the client. The call can then be logged in Zoho CRM manually.
