Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoToWebinar and Wave integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and Wave (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Wave

GoToWebinar + Wave + Calendly: When a new webinar is created in GoToWebinar, attendees are recorded. Based on webinar attendance (no-shows marked in Calendly), schedule follow-up meetings using Calendly and create corresponding invoices in Wave for consultation time.

Wave + Google Sheets + GoToWebinar: When a new invoice is paid in Wave, the revenue is recorded in a Google Sheet. This triggers a GoToWebinar invite to paying customers about product updates.
