Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Gravity Forms and ConvertAPI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gravity Forms and ConvertAPI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and ConvertAPI
Gravity Forms + ConvertAPI + Google Sheets: Upon form submission in Gravity Forms, the submitted file is converted to PDF using ConvertAPI and then the form data, along with the PDF link, is added to a new row in Google Sheets.
Gravity Forms + ConvertAPI + Email: When a form is submitted through Gravity Forms, ConvertAPI converts the uploaded document into a specified format. The converted file is then sent to a designated email address.
