Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Gravity Forms, Glide, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gravity Forms and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gravity Forms and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and Glide

Gravity Forms + Glide + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, the submission data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and also updates a row in Glide to reflect the new information within the Glide app.

Glide + Gravity Forms + Airtable: When a user updates their profile data in Glide, this information is submitted to a specified Gravity Forms form, and then the corresponding entry is created or updated in Airtable for data analysis and storage.
