Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gumroad and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gumroad and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gumroad and Zendesk
Gumroad + Zendesk + Slack: When a new sale occurs in Gumroad, a Zendesk ticket is created to track customer support. A notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the sales team of the new sale and the created ticket.
Zendesk + Gumroad + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the automation searches for related Gumroad purchases using information from the ticket. A summary of the ticket and any related purchase is then logged in Google Sheets for analysis.
