In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Harvest, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Harvest or ClickMeeting will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Harvest or ClickMeeting, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Harvest node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Harvest, ClickMeeting, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and ClickMeeting integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and ClickMeeting (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Harvest + ClickMeeting + Google Calendar: When a new project is created in Harvest, a new conference is scheduled in ClickMeeting. The details of the ClickMeeting conference, such as date and time, are then used to create an event in Google Calendar, ensuring everyone is aware of the meeting.
ClickMeeting + Harvest + Slack: When a new attendee joins a ClickMeeting conference, and the total time tracked in Harvest reaches a specified threshold, a summary of the ClickMeeting attendance and engagement is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to keep the team informed.
