Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and Google Groups (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and Google Groups

Harvest + Google Groups + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, the flow checks if the project's time exceeds the budget. If it does, a message is posted to a designated Google Group and a Slack message is sent to specified managers.

Google Groups + Harvest + Google Sheets: When a new message is posted in a specified Google Group, the message is recorded in a Google Sheet. Concurrently, new time entries from Harvest are also logged into the same Google Sheet for project time tracking and analysis.
