Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Help Scout, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Help Scout and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Help Scout and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Figma
Help Scout + Slack + Figma: When a new Help Scout conversation is created, specifically tagged for UI issues, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel. This message includes a link to a Figma file to provide the design team with a clear design brief.
Figma + Help Scout + Jira: When a new comment is posted in Figma, a Help Scout ticket is created to track design feedback. A corresponding Jira issue is created and linked in the Help Scout ticket for the development team to track and resolve the issue.
